Body Combat

CXWorx

CXWorx is a fantastic workout for those looking for a stronger body overall. Benefits include:

Zumba

Mixing exercise with dance and a bit of fun; Zumba is great for all ages and ability. It combines non-traditional salsa moves with hip-hop, mambo and merengue as well as some key aerobics moves such as squats and lunges. Reasons to practice Zumba include:
- It’s a fun exercise to do on your own or with a group of friends
- It’s a great weight loss method with the average person burning around 600-1000 calories per session

Insanity
