Here at The Holbrook Club we are pleased to host a weekly BNI (Breakfast Network International) meeting, every Friday morning. The day starts for our kitchen staff at 6.00am (not including travel time to work, so yes, they are up very, very early!), then they get chopping and preparing the fabulous fresh fruit for the breakfast buffet. Eggs get beaten, bacon gets grilled, mushrooms are sauteed, toast is cooked, and OK we’ll admit it, the hash browns do have to be fried!
Pots of coffee are set to brew, the tea bags are ready to be steeped in hot water, and a selection of warm pastries and cereals are laid out to top off the feast that awaits the BNI attendees. The choice is then theirs to make – the fresh fruit healthy option, the more hearty start to the day with a full English breakfast, or a Continental approach with pastries and yogurts.
All with a healthy dose of business networking thrown in for a great start to a Friday morning!
